JC's Grilling Tips
Sprinkle or rub a generous coating of JC's Blend on both sides of your favorite meat. Cover it with foil and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. When cooking ribs or chicken, JC's suggest 30 minutes bone side down and 15 minutes meat side down. Cooking time will vary depending on heat. Enjoy.
